EOS Farm provides the perfect backdrop to any event.
With over 10 acres, Earth and Old Stones is the perfect choice for weddings, celebrations, or off-site meetings.

Run of the Land
$3,000
EOS Farm is a special place for us, and we want to share all of it with you. From our beautiful farmhouse, and creek-side willow, to the fields out back, we open our farm up to you.
Includes:
- Choice of all Event Areas with wedding & reception for up to 125 people.
- Climate controlled Farm House Prep Space for up to 10 guests and rustic bunkhouse dressing area with full length mirror and couches.
- 8 hour access for event guests.
- 4 hours of set up and clean up on the day of your event with staff assistance, consultations, parking assistance, and vendor coordination.
- Use any of our wooden spools, utility tables, wood for firepits, yard games, arch, and available wedding décor, as well as 2 portable restrooms.
Farmhouse Package

The Farmhouse is the heart of EOS Farm and we would be happy to open it to you.
Includes:
- Choice of all Event Areas with wedding & reception for up to 125 people.

The land at EOS farm is open to you. Choose from our great venue and reception areas to pick the perfect spot for your big event.

Sometimes it is fun to go small, so we want to provide you the perfect place to share your event with your closest people.

Looking for a place to have a family reunion, off-site meeting, or birthday? We would be happy to host your event.

VENUE SITES
The Stones
Exterior Venue Option
Our rustic venue space is snuggled into the foundation of the property’s old bank barn creating a beautiful stone backdrop to your festivities. From the sounds of the creek to the nearby fire pit this is country at its best.
The Lower Field
Exterior Venue Option
Walk along the path between the creek and our Stone foundations to exchange your wedding vows under an old willow or in the quiet grove.
The Upper Field
Exterior Venue Option
Overlooking the vines and the sunset, this field provides some of the
properties most beautiful views.
Additional Information
Pricing Information
We try to avoid any hidden costs in our packages. So here are our pricing details.

Rehearsals: A three-hour rehearsal time can be added to any package for an additional $250 dollars.
Guest Accommodations

Our B&B can accommodate up to 6 overnight guests.

Our Bunkhouse contains beds for 4 guests, and can accommodate an additional 6 camping style.

Guests not remaining overnight must depart by 10:30 p.m.

Individual Suites are available for $75 a night.

The full B&B area is available for $150 a night.
Dressing Rooms

For packages including the Farm House Prep Space, the huge bathroom and prep area in the farmhouse provide the perfect space to prepare for the big event.

Our Bunkhouse provides participants a dressing area for all wedding packages.
Smoking
-
Smoking must be limited to designated outdoor smoking areas. There is no smoking in the barn or B&B.
Parking
-
There is parking available on- site. Please let us know how many guests are anticipated so that we can accommodate your needs. Parking assistance provided. Guests may leave their cars overnight, but they must be picked up by 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
Decorations

We have a variety of farm decorations available for your use free of charge.

Fire pit lit at dusk at your request, with firewood provided. Log seating available.

Sparklers allowed near the fire pit and 10 yards away from the barn.

No glitter or small metallic confetti. If you wish to use confetti, please use the type that will disintegrate as soon as it gets wet, or birdseed.

Booking your event!!
A non- refundable booking deposit of $500 for packages over $2,000 and $250 for packages under $2,000 is needed to reserve your date.
