With over 10 acres of rolling hills, Earth and Old Stones is the perfect choice for weddings, celebrations, or off-site meetings.

Run of the Land

EOS Farm is a special place for us, and we want to share all of it with you. From our Bed & 
Breakfast to the fields out back, we open our farm up to you. 

INCLUDES:

  • Choice of all Event Areas with wedding & reception seating for up to 250 people and 8 hour access for event guests.

  • Farmhouse B&B for up to 8 overnight guests with additional Bunkhouse Glamping or camping for an additional 12 guests (20 total overnight).

  • Farm House Prep Space for up to 10 guests and rustic bunkhouse dressing area with full length mirror and couches (perfect for bourbon and cigars).

  • Set up and clean up anytime from 10am on Saturday to 10am Sunday with staff assistance, consultations, parking assistance, and vendor coordination.

  • Use any of our oak farm tables, wooden spools, utility tables, wood for firepits, yard games, arch, and available wedding décor, as well as 1 portable restroom.

Farmhouse Package

The Farmhouse is the heart of EOS Farm and we would be happy to open it to you. You can also choose to save your overnight stay until a future date, so you can come back to the place it all began.

INCLUDES:

  • Access to 2 Main Event areas and all Special Event areas with wedding & reception seating for up to 250 people and 8 hour access for event guests.

  • Overnight King Suite for two guests.

  • Farm House Prep Space for up to 10 guests and rustic bunkhouse dressing area with full length mirror and couches.

  • Set up and clean up anytime from 10am on Saturday to 10am on Sunday with staff assistance, consultations, parking assistance, and vendor coordination.

  • Use of any of our wooden spools, 4 utility tables, wood for firepits, yard games, arch, and available wedding décor as well as 1 portable restroom.

Sometimes it is fun to go small. Planning an intimate event with less than 75 people? We created this package just for you.

INCLUDES:

  • Rustic bunkhouse dressing area with full length mirror and couches, separate from main farmhouse.

  • Access to one of our Main Event areas, Bunkhouse, and firepit.

  • Wedding and reception seating for up to 75 people.

  • 2 hour set up/clean up time as well as 4 hour access for event guests anytime between 12pm and 9pm.

  • 1 Portable Restroom

  • Staff Assistance with clean up, set up, consultations, parking, and vendor coordination.

  • Use of any of our wooden spools, 4 utility tables, wood for firepits, and available wedding décor.

Grand Event Weekend

Here at Earth and Old Stones, we understand that some things take more than a day, so we have created a package to give you the whole weekend. Bring your friends, music, and games and celebrate country style.

INCLUDES:

  • Guest access to all Main and Special Event areas on property from 6pm Friday to 6pm Sunday (48hrs) with up to 50 overnight guests (10pm to 10am).

  • Guest accommodations include full Farmhouse access for up to 8 overnight guests and Bunkhouse Glamping, Tent, or RV camping for up to an additional 42 guests.

  • Access to our two room, climate controlled Farm House Prep Space with a private restroom, couch, full length mirror, claw foot tub, Keurig, refrigerator, microwave, for up to 10 guests, as well as our rustic bunkhouse dressing area with full length mirror and couches, separate from main farmhouse. Perfect for Bourbon and cigars!

  • All the extras! Use any of our oak farm tables, wooden spools, utility tables, wood for firepits, yard games, arch, and available décor.

  • Seating for up to 250 people.

  • 3 Portable Restrooms

Exterior Venue Option

Our rustic wooden tables and stage are snuggled into the foundation of the
property’s old bank barn creating a beautiful stone backdrop to your festivities. From the sounds of the creek to the nearby fire pit this is country at its best.

The Lower Field

Additional Information

Pricing Information

  • Unless otherwise noted all venue packages include 175 guests. Addition guests up to 250 can be accommodated for an additional 250 dollars.

  • There is a Portal Restroom included in all packages free of charge. Additional Porta-Potties can be provided for 100 dollars each.

Guest Accommodations

  • Our B&B can accommodate up to 8 guests. 

  • Our Bunkhouse contains beds for 4 guests, and can accommodate an additional 8 
    camping style.

  • Guests not remaining overnight must depart by 10:00 p.m. 

Dressing Rooms

  • For packages including the B&B, suites and bathrooms in the farmhouse provide the  perfect space to prepare for the big event. 

  • Our Bunkhouse provides participants a dressing area for all wedding packages.

  • Secondary dressing area available in the barn upon request. 

Smoking

  • Smoking must be limited to designated outdoor smoking areas. There is no smoking in the barn or B&B. 

Parking

  • There is parking available on- site. Please let us know how many guests are anticipated so that we can accommodate your needs. Parking assistance provided. Guests may leave their cars overnight, but they must be picked up by 10:00 a.m. the following morning.

Decorations

  • We have a variety of farm decorations available for your use free of charge.

  • Bale and Bench seating include lumber and hay bales used to construct seating and or tables for your guests as requested. 

  • Fire pit lit at dusk at your request, with firewood provided. Log seating available.

  • Sparklers allowed near the fire pit and 10 yards away from the barn.

  • No glitter or small metallic confetti. If you wish to use confetti, please use the type that will disintegrate as soon as it gets wet or birdseed.

Booking your event!!

 

A non-refundable booking deposit of $500 for packages over $2,000 and $250 for packages under $2,000 is needed to reserve your date. This deposit will be returned to you within 7 days of your event if the property is left clean and in good repair.
